This is a chance to recognise and say thank you to a single member of our community who we feel has shone amongst us. This could be a single heroic act or a continued offer of kindness or support.
Entry criteria:

Unsung Heroes - Group
Similar to the single unsung hero award, the purpose of this category is to recognise a group within our community who we feel has shone amongst us. This could be a single heroic act or a continued offer of kindness or support.
Entry criteria:

Provide the name of the group, or individuals who have worked together, that you wish to nominate and reason for nomination.

Provide a summary and evidence (if possible) of why this group stood out for you, what they have done and what the outcome was/is.

Best Adapted in Services
Open to all those in the services industry who adapted the way in which their companies worked to keep their services going, but also protected staff and clients. Did you think of innovative ways to adapt your services to still meet your clients needs? Have you found a more efficient, yet pleasant way of working? Have you evolved your company beyond those in your industry?

Provide a summary along with evidence of changes to demonstrate how you adapted and modified your business to accommodate new guidelines that have been introduced this year, or how you did something different to stand out from those in your industry. Explain if these changes were suitable or if you made further adaptations after trial.
Best Adapted in Hospitality
Open to all those in the hospitality sector that have adapted their business somehow this year. Did you do something different to others in your sector? Or did you go the extra mile? Have you evolved differently from those in your industry or found a new way to interact with your customers?
